Join us for our fifth annual yoga retreat at Adam’s Berry Farm in Charlotte, VT overlooking fields of berries, sunflowers and the majestic Adirondack Mountains.  Scheduled during the seasonal shift of Autumn, with its new rhythms, we take this opportunity to restore, reset and reimagine the way forward.  A time to make space for you: to tune in to yourself, to be lifted by the practices of yoga, the beauty of nature, and the wisdom of other women. Show up exactly as you are and receive this specially curated experience, designed just for YOU!

2026 Theme - GRATITUDE

This retreat will focus on the practice of GRATITUDE and the gentle ways in which saying “thank you” connects us to the abundance we carry within us.  Exploring gratitude in our bodies and hearts using the practices of yoga, journaling, conversation, silence and creativity. This is a day in nature, in community with other women to nourish your body, mind and spirit. Give yourself the gift of this meaningful day - while supporting the important work of the Howard Center.   In partnership with Adam's Berry Farm, all proceeds from this event will benefit the Howard Center.

PRICING

Suggested: $120. Pay more or less with minimum payment $50

All proceeds will go to support the Howard Center.
